Alex Drexler

As part of HUMG's The Ten Series, we hosted Alex Drexler, founder of Alex Mill, for an intimate evening with 50+ Harvard students, centered around a candid conversation about his creative process and the story behind the brand. The event featured live music and exclusive discounts on Alex Mill tote bags, including special Boston-themed designs created for the occasion. It was an evening that blended commerce with culture—giving students a rare chance to connect directly with a founder while walking away with a piece of the brand.

HUMG hosted Brian Kenny—Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Harvard Business School and host of the award-winning HBS Cold Call podcast—for an exclusive speaker event at The Coop as part of The Ten Series. Brian gave Harvard undergraduates a rare inside look at marketing at one of the world's most prestigious institutions, covering branding, media relations, and what it takes to lead marketing across the entire HBS enterprise.

Prospective members submit their resumes and undergo a structured selection process to assess their problem-solving skills and industry knowledge. We focus on strategy, research, creativity, brand activations, events, social content, and client communication.

Accepted candidates are assigned roles within marketing teams and the business development team, ensuring a structured approach to each client project.

Teams collaborate on client projects, conducting in-depth research, developing strategic marketing solutions, and delivering a comprehensive final report with actionable insights.
